I just had a load of sequences give this error: “This sequence failed processing”. I contacted support for each of them, but the sheer number suggests some kind of problem. I’m using the same process to upload that I always do. Will I need to reupload somehow?
Same issue here, using the command line tools 0.7.3.
Also got this failure for a bunch of sequences captured this weekend. Mix of normal and 360 images captured with a GoPro Max and uploaded with mapillary_tools V0.7.3 Some sequences processed ok but the majority failed. Same workflow I’ve been using for ages.
Looks to be a problem in the backend processing as I can view at least some of the uploaded images via the web interface and they look fine
I see this problem, too, for sequences uploaded with Desktop Uploader and with the iOS app.
All the sequences that were showing as failed are now showing as “Image processing”. I don’t know if this is automatic, or because I reported each of the failed sequences to Support.
@jpennycook Thanks for reporting this issue and also keep updated us that your sequences are initially processed. It seems we have a bug on processing status and we’re working on fixing it. I’ll keep you posted once it is fixed.
@asturksever - the sequences have now completed the processing successfully. Thanks for your help.
Also now appears to be fixed for all my sequences that were exhibiting the problem.
Thanks for the update! @ralley @jpennycook
