I’m attempting to upload geotagged photos from my hard drive, but repeatedly getting this unhelpful error message:
Anyone know of a solution, or at least a way get obtained a more detailed error message?
That is normal. It happens from time to time. The Retry usually works.
I suppose that file transfer and telecommunications have quirky glitches.
Maybe they use UDP.
Hi @DaveF and @filipc - this time, we actually had a bug here that caused this. It’s fixed now so I hope it works well for you again.

I did not have a good look at the picture. 0 files uploaded is indeed not normal.
