I have enough of the pictures with reflections.
I tried all known tricks.
Has anyone experience with cutting out sponges to put the camera in and have a closed fix to the window ? Should the sponge be black ?
There would be a heat problem, but we can soak the sponge with water.
I have the problem in the train and of course in the car.
I just did not want to buy a Volkswagen bus for the sake of Mapillary :slight_smile:

I am just asking because I will try it one of these days.

When capturing with smartphone inside the car, I put a black felt on the dash board. But, overall, it is hard to work again bright light.

I was supplied a circular polarised filter that is an optional add-on for the BlackVue dashcam. Made a very significant difference. Perhaps try a high quality polarised sun glass lens as a test?

I also had success with black dashboard cloth
