[Resolved] Email verification error when signing up for Mapillary / unable to log in or re-sign up

I’m having trouble creating a Mapillary account and getting an API token.

I tried signing up with two different email addresses. In both cases, I received the email confirmation message successfully. However, after I click the confirmation link, the page redirects to an error screen, as shown in the attached screenshot.

After that, I’m unable to log in with the account. I also cannot sign up again using the same email address, since the system seems to treat the email as already registered.

Could anyone please help me check whether these accounts are stuck in an unverified or incomplete registration state? I’m trying to access the developer dashboard and obtain an API token.

Thanks for reporting. I am able to replicate the problem and we are taking a look. We will post updates here.

Update: we’ve identified the problem and are pushing out a fix, it will take about ~3 hours. cc: @Yaro

Hi @Yxk - the issue should now be resolved. Can you try clicking on the link in the email confirmation once again to complete creating your account? Thanks so much, and sorry about the troubles.
