Hello, I have a problem with uploading pictures. I am using the iOS app version 5.8.0.230511.
The upload tab says “11 series waiting to be uploaded” but nothing happens. When I start the upload, it says "automatic upload is enabled. this sequence is now in the upload queue and can no longer be viewed.
Hi! I’m sorry to hear upload is not working properly. Can you go to Settings and disable automatic uploading, and then go back to the Uploads screen and starting upload manually by pressing the button at the top of the screen?
i have already tried this but nothing happens. if i manually tap the upload button, an overlay with “uploading…” appears briefly in the lower area. but nothing is uploaded.
Hi, I solved it, turning off iPhone and turning on again. In my case works.
