Issue with upload?

Hi,
Is it possible that my account (user_Id : 787906389843219) will be block or something like that because I have test to upload video file (goPro MAX like habits since 2 years but nothing appeard to map since 17 october), I try tu uploaded a new file (7go of video with mapillary uplader.exe) and nothing appeard to website (yellow), and same thing 3 others weeks.

Are you saying the uploads succeeded, but you’re not seeing what you expect on the map? Or something else?

hi @boris , october 17th, is the last success, we are 2 next weeks not succeed to upload.
As you can see on log, 2025-11-03, upload same day that I recorded.

only difference is new version on 29 september of mapilarry desktop on my laptop, but I’m note sure this is the real problem. I also upload on anotger computer, same issue
Is it possible to download previous version?

Hey Yann, thanks for contributing. Your uploads are safe. The reason you can’t see them is because the web lists uploads by capture times, instead of upload times. One of the videos you uploaded on 2025-11-03, for example, was actually captured on 2016

Yes, starting with mapillary_tools 0.14.7 (released last week) we now use the GPS time for videos correctly. The same functionality will be available in the next release of Desktop Uploader.

Almost impossible to upload sequences using the latest Win Mapillary Uploaded, constantly getting “Upload failed, We encountered an error. Please try again” today…

This error sounds interesting, could you maybe try moving the files you want to upload to a different drive to see if that resolves this issue? You can also contact us via support@mapillary.zendesk.com. Please include information about your disk setup as I think that would be relevant here.
