Hey. I recently made a account. But if I try to log in with my email or username it tels me that there is no valid user. And if I try to make a new account again it tells me that the email is used. So what can be the cause of this?

Thx for the help. But it suddenly started working after a day. My account apparently took a while to make. But thanks anyway
