For a while now my LG 360 mobile phone has been randomly shutting down, particularly whilst I’m typing. Nothing has happened to it, it hasn’t been dropped or anything, it’s very irritating, is there any reason why this keeps happening?
What you’re experiencing is a symptom of quite a few possible problems. A common one is a problem with the battery where the phone is no longer able to recognize how much power the battery has left. So instead of a warning of a low battery, it just konks out.
Are you able to restart the phone and run it for a long time without plugging it in? How much juice does it think it has left right before this happens? Does this phone allow you to easily swap out batteries?
