Waze and Mapillary A 10-year-old misunderstanding?

Hey Mapillary, I am a dual user and active here as well as on Waze. This sometimes leads to strange situations. A quick question: Since you make everything so publicly accessible and also disclose your API, may I use content from Mapillary in Waze? Because that doesn’t seem to be a problem with HERE. I am planning a script where you can display the user photo uploads like in the HERE editor. It works the same way, displaying the images. Nothing automated, nothing profitable. Just for volunteer Waze editors like me. Is there any reason not to do this? If not, can someone from Mapillary please confirm that it’s okay? Waze has had bad experiences with other services in the past and wants to avoid them. That’s why I’m asking, understandably.

Ten years ago, there was already an attempt that came to nothing. I hope that something will change now and I would be happy to mediate

Thank you for bringing up this feature request, @hiwi234. Both Mapillary imagery and the Mapillary JS Viewer library are free and open for building such integrations.

HERE Maps has already implemented Mapillary integration into Map Creator. If there is interest from Waze, a similar integration can be developed.
