Thanks for the info, @Lowiekse and @czecko . We aim for everything to be processed; at the same time we have some percentage of sequences that fail processing (not the initial processing, but later stages), and they are “stuck” in processing. And we have a task, a long-running one; it is pretty complex, which is why it takes time to finish. It’s not like we closed or hid the task; it just a complex one.
