On Samsung S9 with Android 10:
I normally record without problems on SD card. On two occasions recently I found single “missing” sequences on the built-in phone memory. I am sure that I did not touch anything on the phone or app settings, riding on my bike. The misplaced sequences were in both cases in the middle of the recordings, in the sense that the sequence before and the sequence after went correctly to the SD card. I did not notice any warning or other strange behaviour.
I have so far taken > 1.5million Mapillary photos an two different Sony phones and now on this S9, mostly using SD card storage - never seen anything like that.

Strange, I wonder if there was an app version that didn’t properly retain the SD card setting? cc: @jvujnovic, @Yaro

THe problem has not repeated itself, even though I have not touched anything on the hardware side of things (same phone, same bicycle, same bicycle mount, same type of terrain). Maybe it was not a mechanical problem after all. SO Boris may have been right.
