Hello, i use the Mapillary app on Android for taking pictures. My phone (Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, Android 11) can shoot in 48Mpx, but whatever settings i use in the Mapillary app i always end up with no more than 9Mpx. Is there a way of shooting 48Mpx with the Mapillary app?

no. Mapillary limits the size of pictures and the amount of data per picture in the app, also the format to use.
The only way around is taking pictures out of the app with GPS included and upload them manually, as long as they stay within the file size/image size limits.
