There is. Use mapillary_tools
’ --video_start_time
, --interpolation_use_gpx_start_time
, --interpolation_offset_time
, and --offset_time
convenience options.
Alternatively, you can use JOSM with the photo_geotagging
plug‑in (enables writing GPS Exif tags to images). Look at all these shiny clicky
UIs
where you have all the GPX adjusting features you would ever need! And, you can immediately review the results of your modifications in order to exclude any errors or mistakes. You can even create new GPX files yourself for videos or image sequences!
By the way, I have suggested to Mapillary to repackage and expand JOSM with uploading functionality for the convenience of contributors multiple times long time ago. But no, Mapillary had to reinvent the wheel with their own clunky upload apps.

Indeed, automation is king!
