Hi all,

I’m uploading an archive of over 1 million images in batches (20k at a time) to Mapillary using the desktop uploader.

I have both a user and organisation account.

As I’ve been uploading, some images have been attributed to the user account, the others the organisation account (I was not paying enough attention).

At the moment, the organisation contains just me as a user. In future I will add others.

The imagery is all public, and it is our intention to use the API in future.

My question being; does anyone see a potential issue with having photos belonging to both user and organisation accounts? Would it be “better” to have them under one account?

Any advice is helpful – new Mapillary user here.

probably depends on who retains control of the accounts. There might be different licencing implications but I don’t see any issues

Images on Mapillary are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

In that context I don’t think it’ll make a lot of difference (?)
