Camera problem on iOS, app 4.16

Hi, I got problem with camera, that didn’t switch to landscape mode. I tried closing app from memory, restarting phone, reinstalling app, and nothing helped.
iPhone SE with iOS 13.1.3

I too have the same problem since the 4.16 update attached is a screengrab of app in portrait mode. the camera shows in portrait. iphone XR with 13.1.1
