[bugreport] First "Request to unblur all" always fails

In the website, enter blur mode. Find an image that has all blurs incorrect.
Click “Request to unblur all”.
This always fails the first time with “There was a problem submitting the change, please try again.”
The second attempt usually succeeds.

It would be also great if the confirmation “Reject all” button would be closer - otherwise it’s a lot of mouse-chasing the controls.
