In some way, this sign makes sence.
No roof == outdoors! 
While the problem are probably the cargobikes on two or three wheels.
In Mapillary there is a play button, if you press on it, you can see that a cargo bike even with two wheels would block the path.
Four years ago, the sign was not there, but the path was not hardened.
In Belgian road situation and legislation there are more things that cannot be solved logically. And now Tesla self drive is legal.
Yes, I thought of that. When I meet a Zuienkerkenaar, that will be the first thing I ask him.
Maybe they want to feature in a television series “Mysteries of Flanders”.

I was attacked by a dog pack.
I missed an intersection and arrived in front of a farm and was checking the map.
It is not unusual that public roads go through farms.
The byte did not go through my throusers.
This is not my first encounter with wild dogs in the line of duty.

In this sequence, assuming I linked it correctly, press play / pause to watch a frame by frame of me being chased by, then bitten by, a rottweiler. Luckily I was wearing armor. Afterwards you can watch me argue with the owner, who claims his lovely dog was just giving me a little kiss, he would never bite anyone never ever. When I told the police later, as soon as they saw the dog on my Gopro, they said “oh him again,” so I guess it’s not “never ever” 
On that same trip I very stupidly stopped on gravel from a landslide and then fell over off my motorcycle at -5kph as I lost traction and slipped backwards, the stupidest possible crash lol.
