Should I post photos above street level?

My acquaintance with mapillary began with this link:
Mapillary.
But, in the panoramio there were photos from the roofs of buildings, windows of the upper floors, etc.How do you do that? Does the community need such photos?

My personal opinion – as long as you can see street-level features, like lamp posts, street signs, benches, etc, they you are okay and contributing with valuable information.

Actually, seeing the roofs of houses I would consider valuable also, since this information can be used to add to OpenStreetMap.
