Panoramas without computed_compass_angle

Is a panorama having an angle meant to be optional?

Noticed stuff like this years ago when I was a big geogeussr player. For some reason (albeit on google maps not mapillary) images uploaded by people NOT google sometimes had wrong compass directions from the camera not storing/reading it correctly. This may be the case here, but not sure.

@caglarpmeta could you take a look at this? The displayed compass angle looks correct.
