Worked fine a few hours ago, went down recently.
Additionally an unhandled exception.

Didn’t FB core services (where Mapillary photos are stored) go down (and back up) in the last 12 hours?

Yes, our downtime was caused by issues with Meta services. These have been resolved and uploading to Mapillary should be working now.
