Hey, I’ve heard interesting things about how Mapillary works internally, as a distributed-first company. But I have not been able to find any blog posts or videos on the subject, something that describes in detail how you guys came to be distributed-first and how your work mode is functioning day to day. I believe that would be an inspiration for a wider community as well.
I’m not too familiar with this. Does it mean they simply don’t have a central office? Is there more to it?
Google “GitLab”. They have a similar working environment and documented a lot of their processes and guidelines publicly. I imagine Mapillary isn’t too different.
