Since the last update today (version 4.4) my App is in language Spain or so. I don’t know why. The main language is German on my iPhone.
How can I change the language?

Yeah so sorry about that 
There is a bug. A new version has been submitted to Apple. The only workaround for now is to change phone language to English, or just wait a few days for the update.

I had the same issue after the last update. For me it worked to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it thereafter.
