How to best capture a 500 foot curved walking path that would also be good for panoramic views? My thought is to record from straight ahead in both directions, then pass again in both direction while pointing 90 degrees to the side.
If you have the time and only one camera, then I think it sounds like a good solution. Often the most interesting is at the 90 degree angle, so I think it is great you will shoot that too.
