360cam on 180 degree

I have a feature in my LG360 cam where I can disable one lens and just go with 180deg.
Does Mapillary support 180deg, or will it stretch out 180 to 360, or make each photo flat?

One possible application for that would be in the front of a train. There’s no need to use 360, because most photos would be of the trailing cars. However, a view of the surroundings would be nice, not just flat pictures of the track ahead of the train.

It should work just fine. Here’s an example I took with an Android phone. I didn’t want to take a whole sphere, so I took about 220° worth. Mapillary

Honestly, the best way to find out would be to just test it with a picture or two.
