How about the GoPro Player that replaced the discontinued GoPro Exporter (regarding to his https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/GoPro-MAX-Exporter/ta-p/413311 )?
I was able to use the gopro2gpx application which uses FFMPEG to extract the GPX track. GitHub - juanmcasillas/gopro2gpx: Parse the gpmd stream for GOPRO moov track (MP4) and extract the GPS info into a GPX (and kml) file. (I think that was the one).
