I have to slightly correct my bugreport: just my coverages are visible despite of my_coverage=false, and probably only if I am logged in. So probably for other users this particular URL seems to work correctly.
cc: @nikola - looks like even though my_coverage=false is set in the url, upon loading the page you actually do see your own coverage (though the toggle for it is off)
