I just need to buy a drone, recording, and just move the drone around the statue/building and don’t need anything else to do?, which drone (economic) shall I buy? it can be that maps on OpenAerialMap and maybe do 360° mapllary photo and nerf mapllary?,

The DJI AVATA2 has no lat/lon in its exif. Probably no DJI drone has it. So you need an Avata or so that can carry a Gopro.

(which can be done with a phone)
I can’t do the second prerequisite, the 0.X camera, I tried Zoom out and zoom in (no recording and also recording) my phone reaches 0.5x (Oppo reno10 pro 5g)

The x in 0.x means some number.
When shooting NeRF, use the widest angle lens possible.
If 0.5x is the widest angle of view on your smartphone, then you should shoot with 0.5x.
Ok, how do I select the 0.5x if mapillary just use 1x ? I tried zooming in and zooming out, nothing happend.
Use the mapillary app to capture as stated in the instructions - if your phone doesn’t have 0.5x, that’s OK, use what you have (1x in your case).
