I have an insta360 one X3 and it is very good but does not have built in GPS. It needs either to be paired with a phone or a dedicated “GPS remote”, which you can purchase separately.
I would recommend it to anyone who is happy with a paired phone for GPS, but it does not meet your requirements, and as far as I can tell only the professional insta360s have built in GPS and they cost several £1,000s
The Samsung Gear 360(2017) is cheaper and does the job.
Made the Video using 4K setting
It does not record GPS data, so you need to record it on you phone, or on another GPS device. The format of the GPS file should be “GPX”
I use this APP and the GPX file works to make a blue line.
Need to install app GPS logger by BasicAirData
