As anyone who has done serious bike riding knows dog attacks are a serious problem.

Yet my video link on pepper spraying them has been removed.

How silly can one get ?

seems you inadvertently escaped prosecution by dint of the link to the video of (your?) in Belgium apparently illegal act being removed;

one could of course point out that the video of someone using the spray was recorded in a jurisdiction where such use is permitted, you linked after a harrowing experience with a person who didn’t properly control a pet whose actions you then perceived as a threat, where the accompanying responsible human may even have incited the animal to act as a weapon;

then there is the ‘cruelty to animals’ aspect: the dog may well have been trained to ‘defend’ the accompanying human being, thus is innocent, as it is acting on an (for it) irrepressible strong inner compulsion.
