[bugreport] mapillary_tools cannot be used non-interactively

When there are previously failed images, mapillary_tools prompts:
Retry uploading previously failed image uploads? [y/n]

There does not seem to be a commandline flag to pass the response, so non-interactive use requires extra steps.

As far as I know, Mapillary team stopped reading/responding to Github issues, moving to a secret internal tracker instead.
