I don’t know who is to blame, but opening the picture I just cannot see the year the picture was taken.

Looks like the container where MapillaryJS is in the app extends a bit beyond the visible area so some of it is cut off. I’d suggest checking the OsmAnd repo to see if this issue has been reported: GitHub · Where software is built
