# Uploads 'Processing' for months

Using v5.3.25

See the screenshot below. Some of my uploads still have the ‘Processing’ status, for already several months. Is this normal? How to accelerate the processing?

I have a mass of very old (\>3yr) 1-3 image sequences still processing. I was advised it is the legacy to new server migration still in progress.

Suggest email support. They have a huge backlog though so don’t expect a speedy reply.
