Hi Team and Thanks for unlocking my profile.I think I’m having a problem with two 360 video files. I tried to upload the 360 video file, produced with Panox v2, but it gives an error (as shown in the image). I looked at the error type in the “view log” but can’t figure it out.Can you help me?PS. if it can be useful to understand, I also created screenshots of the type of error it was giving me “view log”.
Has this ever happened to anyone before, and how did you solve it?
N.b. I took some screenshots because it wouldn’t let me copy
Can you help me?
PS. if it can be useful to understand, I also created screenshots of the type of error it was giving me
these are an screenshot view log
Thank you for reporting, could you send us the entirety of the logs as a text file ?
you can get it throuigh the “Help” menu above and select “Logs”

I think we understand what is going on. could you try the following workaround;
try removing/renaming the gpx files that accompany the failing video files (I think they have the CAMM track in them already) so that the gpx file is ignored by the uploader.
Hi, the GPX file is embedded in the video. I use a Panox v2 that embeds the video and GPX file together.
Do you have a suggested method for removing the cam track and inserting it separately from the video?
if the gpx file is not availble separately let’s try running the mapillary tools directly (without using the mapillary uploader, which is a UI shell around the mapillary tools) with the following parameters;
Here is an example command for one of the failing video files. you’ll have to run it for all failing videos. the important part in the command is the “–geotag_source native”. Please try this and let me know
“%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\mapillary-desktop-uploader\resources\static\mapillary_tools\win32\mapillary_tools.exe” process_and_upload “C:\Users\Salvatore\Desktop\StreetView\RANDAZZO\Pirao -
Spagnolo\260812_105256895_stv_s.mp4” --user_name SalvoProietto --geotag_source native

It seems to have worked, I’m waiting for it to load… I’ll update you soon
I am glad it worked.
I am still debugging the underlying issue and not sure what caused it. would it be possible for you to share one working and one non working videos with us ? to save time and space, please share the smallest of the working and smallest of the non-working ones.
usually the easiest way to do so is uploading to google drive and sending the link to support@mapillary.com. Once we receive the files, we will confirm and then you can delete them from the drive.

I have my own idea, but I don’t know if this also applies to Mapillary.
I also uploaded the video to Maps, but it gave me an error because some GPS points were lost for more than 5 seconds (under the trees).
After correcting the data, it uploaded them (I used an external tool for correction and uploading).
If this information isn’t enough, I’ll upload the videos as soon as possible.
mapillary would handle the lost gps points, we interpolate in such cases…
I think we had an issue with the GPS timestamps somehow, that’s why I wanted to see the original data.

Hello. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in replying to your message. I just noticed a reminder on my desk regarding the files you requested."
Forgive me.
I’m sending you the Google Drive link from a different email address because my storage here is full. I’ll be writing to you from v…o@gmail.com.
I’m sharing the files via a public Google Drive link below because I couldn’t share the folder directly with your email address
