# Stats on Mapillary growth

Yes! We recently added support for visual coverage gaps (the “captures needed” layer on [maps 2.0](https://forum.mapillary.com/t/maps-2-0-our-biggest-map-layer-update-ever-looking-for-feedback/10603)). We also shared some growth as part of the 3 Billion images community celebration ([copy of my slides](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1grOX5_07BfdOtFZVP-x3QpV4WR_N_kfEJZf_SGR5e2g/edit?usp=sharing)).

We’d love to do more in this space - on the backlog!
