Hi, I currently have many uploads that fail to be processed. I have reported this to support several times, but to no avail. Sometimes someone from support will reply, but it never seems to be resolved. Below are all the failed sequences from the last month. All my uploads are still under processing since 2 November. Involves thousands of photos. ---

I’ve also experienced this issue with footage taken from places I’ll probably never go through again. ---

@adalvit are you able to take a quick look at these sequences? Generally anything that is in status “failed” can be re-uploaded. We had intermittent processing issues which I think have now been fixed, so everything should be processing now, but maybe @adalvit can confirm. ---

@Lowiekse I scheduled 1033689444668752 (23/07/2023) for reprocessing and it should be fixed by tomorrow. All others are unfortunately lost due to processing failures we had at the beginning of November. ---

yeah, I have also suspiciously lots of failed sequence status during last days uploads. But the pictures show on map and I can navigate through them so fine for me. ---

Hey folks, we’ve noticed an uptick in failed sequences caused by adjusting processing capacity on the platform. I rescheduled most of them in the last few days for re-processing. Keep in mind that failed might mean three things (what @masterofnoroad hinted at): - my data somehow cannot be processed - you’ll see an error message, e.g. upload unretrievable - my data failed processing due to non-data integrity issue and I don’t see images - our system should re-schedule it for processing in the next day or so - my data failed processing due to non-data integrity issue and I see images - this means we anonymized your images, you can browse them around, but what’s missing are the detections and objects detected from your images. Our system attempts to re-process these in a few days from the failure. Hope that helps. ---

@adalvit @boris @Yaro I see that a lot of sequences are still marked yellow in the overview in the app and on the website. There are too many to list them all here. Some are even from last year. ---

Hi @Lowiekse, do you mean your recent uploads? Those might be due to delayed processing after uploading issues on the platform (and many people re-uploaded their captures at once). At the same time the spike has to be resolved by today. Regarding sequences in processing in general, we still have some number of sequences stuck in processing, and the fix there is complicated. We constantly decrease the number of those sequences, but it is not fully resolved. I don’t think there’s even a single reason for all of them. Maybe @caglarpmeta knows more details about sequence stuck in processing. \_\_ BR, Yaro ---

I don’t feel like scrolling through an hour’s worth of posts to confirm what @Lowiekse is saying, but yes, there are sequences from 2025 that are marked yellow and appear in my account.
