Picturing the region I met quite a few AEDs the last months. I was not in the mood and had no time for mapping. Now I have forgotten where they are.  
I should have used the spoken notes in OSMAND.  
Or better even, Mapillary should recognise them.  
btw, the tag is emergency = defibrillator
