@Richlv - the quickest way is just to upload the .360 video (original) using the desktop uploader or mapillary\_tools - we take care of stitching on the server-side.

Right, just that similar to others, I’d like to do nadir blanking (it can capture my pin, misc apps etc), and occasionally additional cleanup. `mapillary_tools` can extract/generate images… but those come out somewhat wrong. In the past I have even uploaded such images as I did not inspect them closely enough.

Right, for that you’ll need to stitch using GoPro tools and add nadir etc before uploading to Mapillary. Noted on the feature request, but we don’t have that capability currently with mapillary\_tools.

Yeah, that’s why it would be so helpful to have in mapillary\_tools - not quite eager to mess with GoPro tools, those haven’t been enjoyable in the past 🙂

You can try my program, it can project nadir images on your video, do the Mapillary sampling en uploading in 1 run. [GitHub - TheWizardbc/GoPro\_Workflow: GoPro Workflow is a program for converting/editing 360 video files from the GoPro Max 1 and 2 so they can be used in StreetView Studio. The program can also upload these videos to Mapillary, allowing manual adjustments to some settings not available in the standard Mapillary app. · GitHub](https://github.com/TheWizardbc/GoPro_Workflow)

Thanks, I’m mostly looking for \*x CLI tools - and it looks like your tool is missing completely, probably related to a slightly weird workflow where versioned files are uploaded/deleted?

It’s only compatible with Windows and it’s GUI based, it’s also possible to adjust the GPS on a map.

Of course you can use the source data to build your own (Linux based) version, if so, please upload it to me, so it can be added to Github.

During disk cleanups, I’ve ended up accidentally deleting all those older videos.

Stumbled upon [gopromax-conversion-tools/scripts/ffmpeg-convert-v2.sh at main · Jusas/gopromax-conversion-tools · GitHub](https://github.com/Jusas/gopromax-conversion-tools/blob/main/scripts/ffmpeg-convert-v2.sh) , made a video to test it on - seems to work as expected. If/when I unintentionally create a video again, will test it further for integrating into the flow.

I used the following, although audio probably could be dropped for a slightly smaller file.

```auto
ffmpeg-convert-v2.sh -i file.360 -k mp4 -p -v h264
```
