Recent app versions have issues with image review before uploading.
For example, capture 5 images, go to the upload section. Open the first image, swipe left. The same image is displayed. Continue swiping to the left and notice how the last image is not displayed.
If you delete an image, another image is actually deleted.
Now go back to the image list and open the second image. Swipe right - same image is displayed. Swipe left - same image again. Swipe left - still the same image…
Seems to be from the family of the one-off errors.
