Looks like the web upload is working again (see Page not found). However the scripts mapillary_tools are still failing (see Upload failed with HTTP Error 403: Forbidden on <picturenumber>.jpg · Issue #358 · mapillary/mapillary_tools · GitHub). Not sure if this is related, though.
