The same steps that the readme lists for OSX should work on Linux:
sudo pip install -r requirements.txt
brew install pyexiv2
They must be run from a command prompt where your have changed directory to the directory in which you have the files from https://github.com/mapillary/mapillary_tools/tree/master/python . They can either be downloaded in a zip file or if you have git, you can clone the repository.
With regard to the
brew command, you may not have that installed. That can be done by running
sudo apt-get install brew
sudo commands will ask for your password, because it needs to run the command as root.
